Apply 15 minutes before bedtime. Best results have been found when applying to the lower left abdomen over the spleen which has a large concentration of CB2 receptors. The front of the neck over the lymph nodes and thymus gland. The inside of the wrists over the pulse points and up the wrist about 2 inches over acupuncture points for relaxation. Lastly, on the soles of the feet where a multitude of acupuncture points can be sensitized and soothed.
