Shipping & Returns
IN-STORE PURCHASES AND ONLINE IN-STORE PICKUP RETURNS
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment in which they were purchased within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be in original packaging with tags still attached and be unused and in the same condition in which they were sold. Items exempt from being returned or exchanged include: earrings for sanitary reasons, bath & body products, sale item and food. Store credit will only be available if returning items with a gift receipt within 14 days of original purchase. Other restrictions may apply.
Any purchase made during holiday shopping days between the dates of 11/15-12/24 will be granted an extended return policy, allowing returns until the date of 1/10. All returns and exchanges still require a receipt.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
Items purchased on our website must be returned to us within 20 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Free return shipping is not provided. Boutique Joycé is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return shipment back to us. To prevent shipping troubles, we urge you to use tracking and opt for insurance to cover lost or damaged packages.

Items purchased online may also be retuned or exchanged in store. Please still include all original packaging, receipts, and be sure the tags are still attached.
Online returns will be processed within 5 days of our receipt of them. If it has been more than two weeks since you mailed your item back to us, and have not seen your refund reflected on your card, please contact us immediately.

INCORRECT ITEM, DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, ETC
For online orders, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item if there is a mistake or problem with your order so we can quickly get to correcting the issue.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If you suspect your order may be lost or missing during transit please do not hesitate reach out to us at any point so that we can start working with our carriers to locate your order and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use USPS to ship all of our orders. All customers will be provided with a tracking number once your order is on the way to you. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days once your purchase is complete. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been placed, should you for any reason need to cancel your order please contact us directly at [email protected] or via phone. Once the order has left our boutique we are no longer able to cancel shipment and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return to us the merchandise within the parameters of return policy in order to receive a refund.
